What It's About
Our first listener question for the new year!
Notes from Chris
Episode 1097
Let’s talk about building trust with your audience and converting them to paying subscribers! I love this question for lots of reasons. It’s relevant to many of our listeners, and I’m also a fan of this person’s project. Since we are just starting with the new format, I wanted to explain that there will be two kinds of questions you’ll hear through this new series. One kind is general—like “What are the pros and cons of different shopping carts?” for example, or “What do you think about this particular online network?”—and the other is more specific because it relates directly to someone’s side hustle. My goal with these specific questions is twofold: 1. Most of us learn through example, and most of the questions you’ll hear are relevant to more than just the person asking them (that’s probably true in general, but it’s certainly true in this series) 2. This is the year of interaction! I want you to have a chance to hear directly from many of the people in our community who are doing the things you heard about every day in the stories for our first 1,095 episodes. Today's question comes from Joshira:My side hustle is Dreams Over Debt (DreamsOverDebt.com). How can I make an authentic and meaningful connection with my audience to convert them to paying subscribers without coming off as a selfish salesperson.Listen to today's episode to learn more...
