A lot of people are reselling … I often mention it as the easiest side hustle you can get started with now. But here’s another way to think of it: what can you sell to them? In the California gold rush, some of the people who got rich were the ones who sold the shovels. Serve the non-stop flood of arriving prospectors (and increase the prices, of course - this is supply and demand) instead of gambling on finding the right plot of land somewhere in the desert. Plus, live in San Francisco instead of inland … much better saloons and baseball games there.
