What It's About
Today's caller wants to host a unique road trip. Should they roll with it?
Notes from Chris
Episode 1880
I love hearing creative ideas! We recently heard from a listener who wants to get paid driving someone else’s car across the country. A lot of people actually do that through a variety of services, as I explained in that episode. Today’s caller has an idea that’s very original—or at least, I’d never heard of it before. They’ll describe it in more detail, but in short: it’s a cross-country community road trip with dozens of people in their own cars. Interesting, huh? But is it feasible, profitable, and urgent?"I have an idea to create a road trip with dozens of vehicles that all travel together. It's a communal adventure: groups of friends, couples, or solo travelers all drive from one stop to the next every day. They can make the trip in their own time and stop along the way wherever they want. Every evening, we gather for a shared meal that's included as part of the experience. I don't think there's anything else like this out there—but maybe there's a reason for that? I know you say that competition is a sign of market demand."Listen to today's episode to learn more...
