For more than a decade, Oregon was my home base, and the city of Portland in particular was known as being especially open to new ideas. After legalizing cannabis in 2014, the state recently began allowing the legal use of Psilocybin, also known as magic mushrooms. That’s some background for today’s topic. A listener wants to write a guide to Psilocybin, including reviews, best practices, and how-to—but of course, this wonder drug is not yet legal in most parts of the U.S. and in most other countries. What then does that mean in terms of their ability to sell a guide that provides information?"Psilocybin is now legal in several states, and it's only a matter of time before it expands across the country just like legal cannabis. For now, however, it's still early days and what's legal in one state or jurisdiction remains illegal elsewhere. This brings me to my question: I don't want to sell the actual product, just a guide to its benefits and a directory of where to find it within those legal states.
