Don't be afraid to change up your product or system if you see an opportunity to make it better. The first day at the market Colleen had a ton of sales, but because of how she priced things she was having trouble keeping enough change on hand. So the next day, she changed it up and decided to offer a bundle of all three files—a small, medium and large—for $20.
Fun Fact
Colleen shared that even with all the many marketing options available to, the most important thing she does is put a sticker on the back of every single file. The sticker has the name, website, and phone number so that people can find her any way they want.
